HOW WE WORK

We do not operate with machines on the shelf- cash and carry only happens if we happen to have what the client wants on ground. We worked strictly based on order. The machines on ground are either under fabrication or awaiting final payment before delivery to the customer...A customer makes an order, we agree on prices and we get to work. The duration of fabrication depends on the complexity of the machine(s) to be fabricated- except for emergency cases where the customer wants it faster, due to personal reasons.

INSTALLATION

Installation fee is 10% of the total cost of machinery. This is subjected to negotiation, in cases of unnecessary high cost of installation. The installation process includes coming over to the customer's factory to set up the machines and test running with live products- regardless of the location....This implies that the customer provides us with live products and we do a production test. During which we check the overall efficacy of the machine, make adjustments and replace parts that might not work well. We use food-grade stainless steel for food related machines, except in cases where NAFDAC doesn't mandate it, or where the customer decides otherwise.

MODE OF PAYMENT

Payment is spread between the time of fabrication. The customer is expected to have completed full payment before delivery is discussed. However, the customer is only liable to pay 80% of the agreed sum before fabrication is complete.... That is, if a machine cost ₦1,000,000, the client would have paid ₦800,000, either at once or in installments, as agreed by both parties. By the time the customer have paid up to ₦800,000, the machine would be ready. On the day of delivery, the customer balances the 20%, which is ₦200,000 before delivery is made.

DELIVERY

We do not take care of transportation, but we can help the customer secure services of logistic company and truck drivers

MAINTENANCE

We prefer to maintain our machines. Regardless of the location, we like to take care of our machines, especially for major issues that needs our attention. We respond faster than you think.
